Entry Level Event Manager

We’re hiring an Entry Level Event Manager in Brooklyn, NY to support live outreach events and promotional campaigns for a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This Event Manager opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to build hands-on marketing experience while helping a mission-driven brand connect with local Brooklyn communities.

As an Event Manager, you’ll represent the nonprofit brand at community events throughout Brooklyn, welcome attendees, answer questions, and help create engaging experiences that raise awareness of the organization’s mission. Every Event Manager receives hands-on training while building event coordination, communication, and brand marketing experience.

Responsibilities of the Event Manager

Represent the nonprofit brand during community events and outreach campaigns in Brooklyn, NY.
Welcome attendees and share information about the organization’s mission.
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and day-of event activities.
Support outreach efforts that strengthen local brand awareness.
Help create organized, engaging experiences for attendees.
Collaborate with fellow Event Manager team members during community events.
Participate in Event Manager coaching focused on outreach, events, and brand promotion.
Continue building event coordination, communication, and brand marketing skills.

Qualifications of the Event Manager

Interested in community outreach, events, or marketing.
Comfortable interacting with people in fast-paced environments.
Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
Communicates clearly and professionally.
Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
Motivated to grow as an Event Manager while representing a respected nonprofit brand.
