AMP Branding is hiring an Entry-Level Event Sales Assistant to support our face-to-face promotional events in Riverside, CA. This is a customer-facing role where sales, communication, and in-person interaction are key parts of the day-to-day responsibilities. Key Responsibilities • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics • Engage face-to-face with customers at promotional events • Clearly explain products or services and answer customer questions • Support sales by demonstrating product value and closing transactions • Upsell promotional products when appropriate • Build positive relationships with customers through confident communication • Work closely with the sales team to meet daily event goals • Collect customer feedback and assist with post-event reporting Requirements • Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with customers • Comfortable working in a face-to-face, customer-focused sales environment • Positive attitude and willingness to learn • Ability to work in fast-paced event settings • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, events, or sales is beneficial but not required Join AMP Branding and start building real-world experience in face-to-face event sales.
