Entry Level Event Staff

Assist with the setup and breakdown of event venues including staging, seating, signage, and equipment.Greet and register attendees, providing them with event materials and information as needed.Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and assisting with directions or accommodation needs.Support crowd management and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the event.Coordinate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure timely execution of event schedules.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or possessing additional education in event management is a plus.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events may require.Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods, move equipment, and perform manual tasks.
