We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Entry Level Events Assistant to join our team in Denver, CO. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring every detail contributes to seamless and successful experiences. Compensation: $41.560 - $58.000 per hour. This is a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with planning and logistics for events, including sourcing venues, coordinating with vendors, and managing supplies.
Support on-site event operations with setup, registration, guest management, and post-event breakdown.
Coordinate event timelines to ensure each phase is executed efficiently.
Track and manage event-related materials such as guest lists, schedules, and promotional items.
Communicate with vendors, attendees, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
Prepare event reports and summaries to provide insights for future improvements.
Perform administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and managing event supplies.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or certification in event planning is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups including vendors, clients, and team members.
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed.
