Event Planning Support • Assist in planning and coordinating organization events, meetings, workshops, and conferences • Support event logistics such as venue setup, catering arrangements, equipment rental, and décor • Help prepare event materials including agendas, sign-in sheets, presentations, and promotional items • Manage RSVP lists, track attendance, and assist in guest communications • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution • Provide on-site event support (registration, setup, troubleshooting, guest assistance) • Assist with post-event tasks such as feedback collection, reporting, and cleanup Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred) • Experience in front desk, reception, office administration, or customer service • Prior event planning or event coordination experience is a plus • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic event software/tools • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines • Professional appearance and strong customer-service mindset • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
