As a HR / Event Coordinator you will... • Assist in supporting the talent development, onboarding, employee engagement, and event activities for the Talent Management team. • Utilize SuccessFactors and Checkr to manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new employees. • Assist with onboarding new employees including facilitating onboarding training programs in-person and via webinar. This is a hybrid role, working 2 – 3 days onsite per week. The ideal candidate will have: • College graduate with 3 months or more of event planning experience • Must have excellent communication skills • Must be proficient in using MS Office
