Position Summary

Responsibilities

* Serve as a point of contact for assigned event-related accounts and requests
* Coordinate event details, schedules, materials, and customer needs
* Communicate event information and promotional details clearly
* Follow up on account questions and event-related requests
* Assist with event preparation, setup, and customer engagement
* Maintain organized records of account and event activities
* Gather feedback from customers and event participants
* Work with team members to help ensure events run smoothly and professionally

Qualifications

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Professional and customer-focused approach
* Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and deadlines
* Ability to build positive working relationships
* Previous experience in events, customer service, account support, retail, or promotions is a plu
