You will play a key role in managing administrative, data, and financial tasks for multiple events simultaneously, ranging from large-scale functions to intimate client dinners. This is a foundational role for a highly organized professional looking to build a career in corporate event planning within the financial services industry. OVERVIEW Our Private Bank Events team acts as a key driver of client engagement, responsible for creating consistent and distinctive experiences that deepen relationships. • Oversee all event data management using our events platform (Stova), including managing confidential client data, tracking RSVPs, and executing all email communications from invitations to post-event follow-ups. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
