This is a hands-on position that combines event coordination, guest services, and administrative support during events. Has hospitality experience (a plus, but not required) Is reliable, punctual, and able to work independently Has a strong eye for detail and takes pride in their work Manages time well Flexible hours based on bookings and events. Because of the guest-facing nature of the role, we’re primarily looking for someone with strong customer service instincts who can take ownership of situations and communicate clearly with clients and vendors.
