Our staffing firm is partnering with a well-known venue in San Antonio, to identify an experienced Event and Marketing Coordinator to lead and grow event bookings at their auditorium. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional with a passion for events who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic environment and enjoys managing the full lifecycle of event sales from client outreach to execution. Key Responsibilities • Manage, plan, and promote events held at the auditorium • Proactively contact and engage clients to secure new event business • Coordinate and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, corporate meetings, private parties, and special events • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and event process • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or entertainment • Proven ability to manage and close event sales opportunities • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required
