• Be forward thinking and work on year round production. • Logistics Management • Develop detailed event timelines and production schedules. • Client & Guest Experience • Maintain exceptional communication before, during, and after events with vendors, donors, and members • Provide post-event reports and gather feedback for continuous improvement. • Create and Implement new programs and events • Qualifications: • 2+ years in event planning or hospitality, with experience in both small and large events. • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
