The Event Assistant reports directly to the Manager of Events and is responsible for delivering extraordinary customer service during events at Grounds For Sculpture. • Work collaboratively with the Manager of Events and Guest Services team to ensure guest satisfaction, as well as the safety of guests, artwork, and buildings. • Serve as an ambassador for Grounds For Sculpture, fostering a culture of inclusion for all members, donors, volunteers, and guests. • Assist the Manager of Events with setup, audiovisual equipment, and ensuring events run smoothly from start to finish. • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule; willingness to work in various temperatures.
