The Event Lead reports to the Events Manager and oversees the logistics, administration, marketing, and metrics for an exciting portfolio of events and wine club programs. Essential Duties And Responsibilities The essential duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Primary contact person for events • Establish and update as needed the event package details, customer document details and events specific software programs. • Perform any other duties as assigned by upper management Required Skills and Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or related field • 3-5 years experience in event production, similar customer service environment • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage time without supervision • Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for weekends, holidays, early mornings and late evening • Proven ability to drive sales through effective leadership • Strong knowledge of event marketing strategies and techniques • Ability to upsell additional services or products to clients • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while maintaining meticulous attention to detail • Excellent organizational, communicating, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills • Analyze data alongside the Events Manager, spotting trends and identifying areas for improvement to maximize the value and impact of events • The ability to take and pass the following trainings: • Sexual Harassments Prevention Training for Managers • Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Training Program • California Food Handlers Card, if applicable
