Position Overview • Type: Contract (per event) • Schedule: As needed per event day (10-hour shifts typical) • Location: Primarily within the Houston area; occasional out-of-state and international destination events. Responsibilities • Assist in executing event timelines and ensuring smooth coordination throughout the day. • Assist with setup and breakdown of the client’s special items, props, and favors for the event itself (nothing over 20 lbs).
