In this role, you will be the backbone of our event operations, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of events. Your energy, organizational prowess, and exceptional customer service skills will help create memorable experiences for our clients and guests. Requirements • Proven experience in event planning or management within hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or banquet environments is highly desirable • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms with vendors and venues • Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple aspects of event execution efficiently • Experience in marketing or upselling strategies to enhance event revenue streams • Knowledge of event marketing techniques and experience in promoting events across various platforms • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail • Familiarity with budgeting processes, contracts management, catering logistics, and guest services operations • Prior banquet experience or restaurant/hospitality background is a plus Join us as an Event Assistant and be part of creating unforgettable moments!
