Company Description RW Events, LLC is an award-winning boutique venue management, design, + bespoke rental firm located in the heart of Central Florida. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision. The event assistant should be outgoing and self-driven; they must know how to have fun and be comfortable engaging clients and vendors in group and one-on-one settings while completing the following tasks: • Assisting with weddings & events at locations throughout Central Florida • Providing exceptional customer service and developing positive working relationships with all event partners • Working closely with our clients & catering partners to ensure all details are communicated and executed properly • Supporting the sales and event management teams with various tasks as needed, including timelines, floor plans, and venue showcases • Keeping track of event supplies, linen, and equipment • Being prepared to stay late or work early morning hours during events to guarantee smooth operations from start to finish • Performing other related duties incidental to the work described herein Someone suited for this position is: • Bubbly - you have a fun and welcoming personality (we're in the hospitality industry after all!)
