Novara Management, a Corpus Christi‑based sales and development firm, is expanding its team with an Event Assistant who brings Frontier’s Internet and TV services to life. The Event Assistant will coordinate pop‑ups, greet customers with friendly guidance, and help them understand high‑speed Internet, fiber connectivity, and flexible TV bundles in a clear way.

As an Event Assistant, your role begins with thorough training in Frontier’s sales approach to Internet and TV services, designed to make you comfortable with customer-facing sales from day one. You’ll learn how to guide conversations, simplify options, and deliver value through thoughtful sales interactions. After training, your retail sales experience transitions seamlessly into in-store events, where your sales skills continue to shine.

Core Functions of the Event Assistant

Navigate the retail space to find the best spots for high-impact Frontier Internet and TV consultations.Customize the plan for every customer, making sure gamers and streamers get the specific Frontier Fiber speed they need.Own the entire sales journey, from the first hello at the door to the final digital signature and installation handoff.Power up the customer's home life by getting them on the fiber grid they need for working from home and 4K streaming.Answer any hardware or setup questions on the fly to give every guest a white-glove sales experience they weren't expecting.Keep it professional but real, building the kind of rapport that leads to easy Frontier referrals and more sales.Education & Experience Needed for the Event Assistant

High school diploma or GED preferred.Experience in retail sales or event support is a plus, but not required.Preferred Skills for the Event Assistant

Skilled at guiding guests toward sign‑ups, demos, or next steps with confidence.Strong listening skills that help tailor conversations to each visitor’s interests.Comfortable representing the brand with enthusiasm and customer‑first service.Detail‑minded when handling event materials, displays, and setup tasks.Pay: $50,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
