We're looking for an Event Assistant to join our San Diego team and support the delivery of engaging events, promotional campaigns, and brand experiences. From getting everything ready before doors open to engaging with attendees during the event, you'll be right at the heart of the action.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in events and marketing. Previous events experience isn't required. Bring your enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to learn, and we'll provide the training and support.

What You'll Get Involved In

Forget spending every day doing exactly the same thing. You'll work alongside our events team and get involved in different parts of each campaign.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting event setup, preparation, and breakdownWelcoming attendees and creating a positive first impressionHelping deliver promotional and brand engagement activitiesSpeaking with attendees about products, services, and campaignsPreparing displays, materials, and event suppliesKeeping event spaces organized and presentation-readyWorking with the team to handle those last-minute details that always come with live eventsSharing feedback and observations after each campaign
