Event Assistant

The opportunity

This is an entry-level, on-site position that provides hands-on support for live events and promotional activities. The role is designed for a people-oriented candidate who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and communicating directly with others.

In-person environment: This is not a remote position. Team members work on site and should be comfortable with regular face-to-face interaction with customers, clients, attendees, community members, partners, and/or coworkers depending on the assignment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with setup, registration, materials, displays, and breakdown Greet and assist attendees in person Support coordinators with schedules and event logistics Maintain a professional, energetic presence throughout events

What helps you succeed: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; professional and dependable; comfortable initiating conversations; organized and adaptable; able to work effectively as part of an on-site team. Prior related experience is helpful but not required where training is provided.
