As an Events Assistant, you will support the preparation, setup, and execution of live event campaigns while developing practical event coordination and communication skills. You will receive hands-on training and work alongside experienced event managers as you build confidence and take on greater responsibility over site logistics.

Marketing in Action

• Assist with event schedules, venue briefs, display materials, and daily staging plans.

• Support promotional setups across retail locations, community tradeshows, and business venues.

• Communicate directly with event attendees and prospective clients regarding promotional offerings and brand features.

• Track event attendance, customer inquiries, and campaign interaction metrics.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure venue equipment, signage, collateral, and daily supplies are fully prepped.

• Participate in morning event syncs and post-event reviews, sharing field insights and suggesting logistics improvements.
