We are looking for a motivated Entry-Level Event Assistant to help us deliver exceptional live events, brand activations, and community outreach initiatives. No prior experience is necessary — we provide paid training, coaching, and ongoing mentorship to help you grow in the industry. Responsibilities: • Assist with event setup, logistics, and provide on-site support to ensure seamless operations • Greet attendees and share key event details, promotions, and brand information • Represent brands with professionalism while building strong rapport with guests • Help monitor event performance and provide valuable feedback • Support community outreach efforts and maintain consistent brand presentation • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and effective event execution Qualifications: • Outgoing, energetic, and confident when interacting with the public • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment • Highly reliable, organized, and eager to learn • Interest in event marketing, customer service, brand promotion, or community outreach • Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. • No prior experience required – we provide paid training to help you succeed
