Merixcen is seeking an energetic and dependable Event Assistant - Entry Level to join our Charlotte team. This position supports company activities and professional events by helping with preparation, organization, guest assistance, and day-of-event activities.
Responsibilities
Assist with preparing for company and client eventsHelp organize event materials and suppliesSupport event setup and breakdown activitiesProvide general information and assistance to attendeesHelp maintain an organized and welcoming event environmentFollow event schedules and established proceduresAssist team members with assigned event responsibilitiesHelp ensure activities remain organized and on schedule
Qualifications
