This is a perfect job for anyone who wants to get their feet wet in the event/wedding/hospitality industry and experience all the opportunities it has to offer. • Manage several event vendors or independent contractors • Work with Events Director to establish internal teams and outside vendor support to execute Special Events • Facilitate weekly Special Event and project meetings as needed; supervise and coordinate assignments for subcommittees, reporting to Events Coordinator on the development and execution events • Work with Events Coordinator to create Budget worksheets for events as assigned • Willing to work flexible hours and some weekends What we offer • New clients through our planning tool.
