JOB TITLE: Event Captain 3+ years experience required in a fine-dining setting Our catering company is a reputable, full-service catering company passionate for the communities we serve with a pristine reputation for exquisite food, creative presentation, and impeccable service. This includes but is not limited to reviewing rental estimates, following/managing staff timeline, attending walk-throughs, and being in direct contact with clients during an event. Event Captain guides the floor staff to maintain the timeline, answers questions, leads the team throughout the event (supporting Event Director when applicable), as well as being available with other vendors and kitchen staff.
