Overview Step into the dynamic role of Event Center Manager, where you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events within a vibrant and bustling venue. Event Planning and Coordination· Lead Event Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of all events held at the center, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, trade shows, and private parties.· Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their event needs, offering advice on event design, layout, schedule, and other logistics.· Vendor Coordination: Select, coordinate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers (e.g., catering, decorators, AV technicians, security) to ensure all event requirements are met.2. Customer Service and Client Relations· Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.· Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues that arise before, during, or after events, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.· Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up with clients after events to gather feedback, ensure satisfaction, and encourage repeat business.6. Strategic Planning and Business Development· Growth and Expansion: Contribute to the strategic planning of the event center, identifying opportunities for growth, service improvement, and operational efficiencies.· Networking: Attend industry events and build a network of event professionals, suppliers, and potential clients to increase business opportunities.· Revenue Generation: Identify new revenue streams, such as hosting different types of events, offering additional services (e.g., catering or equipment rentals), and developing partnerships with vendors.8.
