Qualifications • Event coordination and planning skills, including experience in scheduling, logistics management, and event execution • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities • Operational and facility management skills, including budgeting, vendor coordination, and adherence to regulatory standards • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to work effectively with clients, staff, and vendors • Proficiency in event management software and tools • Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to motivate and guide staff • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) • Previous experience in event management, hospitality, or venue operations is a plus
