Event Coordination Specialist

The Event Coordination Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing event sales at our club, ensuring that every detail is meticulously managed for a seamless execution. Assisting in the coordination and execution of event sales, handling logistics and client communication with finesse.Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process, adeptly documenting and communicating their needs.Supporting the creation and distribution of event proposals, contracts, and plans, while ensuring accuracy and detail.Maintaining the client database and assisting in the development of prospect inventories.Organizing and filing event-related documents, including contracts and payment records.Tracking basic financials, collaborating with the accounting team for deposits and payments.Managing event supplies and maintaining effective vendor coordination.Collaborating with kitchen and service teams to ensure successful event execution.Participating in regular sales and event meetings, sharing updates on event status and client interactions.Providing general administrative support to the Event Sales Manager and Director as needed.Your Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent, plus at least one year of experience in a customer-facing or sales support role within the hospitality or events industry.Preferred: College coursework in hospitality, marketing, or a related field is a plus.Basic understanding of marketing and prospecting strategies, along with Microsoft Office and event management software.Exceptional organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.Join Our Team!
