Catering Coordinator Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate all events with a timeline to ensure that every event runs smoothly and efficient Maintain an inventory off all catering supplies, both on and off site Manage staffing schedules and labor costs Welcome all guests in a courteous and timely manner Assist sales coordinator as needed Oversee and assist in set up and breakdown of events both on and off site Sanitation and cleaning Maintain a high professional demeanor Catering Coordinator Requirements: High school diploma Prior experience in food service or hospitality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and punctual Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours at a time Able to lift over 30 pound's Complete our short application today!.
