Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for event planning and a strong background in events management. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for organizing and executing various types of events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. - Coordinate with property staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest services - Oversee event setup, including seating arrangements, audiovisual equipment, and decorations - Provide on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly - Handle post-event evaluation and reporting Requirements: - Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, preferrably in 55+ communities - Strong knowledge of event planning principles and practices - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Budgeting experience and ability to manage expenses within allocated resources - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
