The Event Coordinator coordinates client needs with building staff to assure proper set-up, execution and smooth operation of events. to assure requirements are addressed and met. • Work closely with DeVos Place sales staff as well as Experience Grand Rapids and the area hoteliers in coordinating events and maximizing client/attendee experience. • All other duties/responsibilities as assigned.
