The Event Consultant is responsible for supporting the sales department by way of completing administrative duties & confirmation calls to finalize event details. • Go above & beyond to ensure the needs of each Special Events Guest are met, communicating all requests from host to ensure all contracts are updated accordingly. • Provide administrative support to the Sales Department including follow up on calls/emails/tasks with Event Host after the sale is “closed won”, communicating to Operations any changes to BEOs or updated signed contracts.
