Prioritise social tables over cvent for this group, but experience with both will be ideal. They should be comfortable managing an event of around 500 people in person with support of different departments like housekeeping and catering. If the meeting has breakouts, they are responsible for managing the breakouts in virtual meetings so that is why knowledge of virtual event tools will be important.
