The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, event planning, and excellent communication skills... Responsibilities: - Oversee venue areas for various events such as banquets, weddings, quincineras, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties. -Oversee school and homeschool field trip bookings and manage the actual field trip experience when they arrive - Oversee large corporate parties from 600-1200 guests at one time ensuring that their experience is positive and they are well attended to - Develop and implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences as well as the venue rules - Manage all aspects of events including setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination - Utilize strong organizational skills to keep track of multiple event details simultaneously Skills: - Experience in events management or hospitality industry - Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle stressful situations - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Excellent communication and negotiation skills If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences and have a knack for orchestrating successful events, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity. 00 per hour Expected hours: 4 - 10 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Schedule: 10 hour shift 4 hour shift 8 hour shift Evenings as needed Monday to Friday Rotating weekends Experience: Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Clyde, TX 79510 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: Clyde, TX 79510: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person.
