A client in the Bothell, WA area is looking to hire an entry level Event Coordinator to work a 6 month contract. This role sits within the Real Estate and Facilities team for a biotech/ pharma company, and is primarily composed of manual labor in the support of setting up, operating and tearing down events. While a portion of this role may include event planning and coordinating, primary job duties will include day-of event logistics, set up, clean up, furniture breakdown and building and transportation of refreshments. We are looking for highly organized individuals who are able to work under firm schedules and deadlines. This person will also help train, motivate and evaluate volunteer staff.
