Event coordinator

The Event Services Coordinator works alongside the Director of Event Services. • Coordinate pre-event details including creation of invoices / payments, insurance forms, and distribute requests amongst the appropriate departments on campus such as the maintenance department under the direct management of the Director of Event Services.
