We are seeking somebody dynamic, personable and passionate to join our Hamilton Convention Centre team! • Execute detailing appointments with clients, assisting with decisions such as floor plans, upgrades, menu options, decor and more • Create detailed Banquet Event Orders to ensure the operations team executes flawlessly • Respond to customer inquiries, needs and concerns in a friendly, personal and efficient manner • Create event contracts and collect deposits • Stay up to date with current hospitality and event trends, as well as industry trends and adapt to information regarding product innovations, competitors and market conditions • Attend and conduct scheduled team meetings prior to all events to guarantee successful execution • Attend customer events as required, providing superb customer service to our guests • Other duties as required Carmen’s Group is an entertainment and hospitality company committed to creating extraordinary memories for our guests and clients.
