The Event Coordinator oversees and manages all food and beverage along with other assigned aspects at receptions, corporate events, fundraisers, and other events within the outlets. • Meet with event hosts/group coordinator to identify desires for their event pertaining to food and beverage. • Prepares and analyzes and ensures accuracy of food and beverage BEO and reviews with management team. • Participates in menu design with management team for all food and beverage outlets. You must also possess the ability to lift or move up top 50 pounds.
