Reporting directly to the Director of Sales or General Manager, the Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and events team. The Sales Coordinator will be intricately involved in all phases of event planning and execution, ranging from lead generation and client communications to finalizing event details and onsite coordination. On the event coordination side, the person in this role acts as the main point of contact from event confirmation through execution, ensuring smooth integration with operations, food and beverage, and golf staff to deliver flawless event experiences.
