This position will report to the Assistant Director of University Advancement Events. Key responsibilities include data guest management, creation and management of event supplies and collateral, creation of proactive reports, on-site registration management, training and supporting event volunteers, leading venue and vendor research as well as event coordination. • Assists in the creation of event design boards and event proposals. • Assists with the planning and coordination of Alumni Division of University Advancement Events.
