ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: • Answer phone, email and respond to client inquiries • Create and maintain event buckets and files • Create order forms and distribute to general service contractors and clients • Obtain and confirm general service contractor move-in, exhibitor, show open and tear out hours • Obtain current and up-to-date floor plans • Obtain current and up-to-date exhibitors lists and import into EMP; enter individual exhibitor information and update as necessary • Enter and process exhibitor utility orders received via fax, email, mail and through on-line ordering • Collect payment for services before, during and post event • Review and request additional information from exhibitors to meet their electrical needs prior to arrival at show site • Communicate regularly with the decorator to obtain all event relevant information • Mark utility orders to the floor plan • Produce exhibitor and show management work orders • Produce and distribute relevant utility delivery lists before move in • Assist to obtain and enter show management and/or general service contractor utility requirements. • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to file documents or store materials throughout the work day.
