Thats why were committed to our purpose to shape the future of real estate for a better world. • Act as an on-site liaison for clients and vendors • Problem solve during production setup / tear down and event duration to manage guests, clients, and vendors to deliver a positive experience • Ensure proper OSHA, fire marshal, and public health regulations are followed • Manage / Direct in-house janitorial and security staff • Supervise power runs and have a working knowledge of electrical panels, fire suppression and alarm systems • Manages event tear down ensuring building is left in broom clean condition, client and caterer walkthrough has been conducted and coordinates with in-house security and janitorial personnel for cleaning and closing the building • Proactively work to ensure clients have a positive experience working with the SFDC Special Events Department • Any additional duties as assigned This position may require you to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
