Responsible for the planning and execution of events, with guidance of manager. • Provides top-level customer service to bank’s senior management in the planning and execution of events and top-level customer service to bank’s external customer, with quick and professional response to requests and inquiries by phone, email and on-site. • With assistance of manager, negotiates contracts with hotels and other vendors to bank’s legal requirements and to the best financial benefit of the bank. • Coordinates shipping logistics related to event materials. • Ability to work well with team members and the department’s internal customers, including senior executives and other contacts across the bank.
