Event Coordinator

We are in need of an Event Coordinator to join our team in the Financial Services industry. This role is based in Miami, Florida, and offers a short term contract employment opportunity. While the main event will be onsite, there is the flexibility to work remotely apart from this.Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and execution of the April event• Manage the event budget and ensure all processes are adhered to• Utilize the CRM for maintaining and updating event details• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders related to the event• Oversee and manage the calendar for the event• Handle customer inquiries related to the event and resolve them in a timely manner• Coordinate catering services for the event• Update Crystal Reports with event data and findings• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for financial aspects of the event• Employ the About Time system for efficient time management during the event planning and execution
