Event Coordinator (3 Years Experience)

As an Event Coordinator, you’ll manage events from planning through execution, supporting in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences. What We’re Looking For • A follower of Jesus Christ with a heart for missions and service • 3+ years of experience in event coordination or event planning • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Experience with in-person, hybrid, and virtual events • Knowledge of A/V, live streaming, and virtual event platforms • Ability to manage vendors and negotiate pricing • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite preferred • Understanding of branding, marketing, and content creation • Willingness to work non-traditional hours as required for events Application Question(s): • Do you have the ability to work non-traditional hours (as required for events)?
