Our projects include Place des Fêtes, a lively natural wine bar in Clinton Hill; Cafe Mado, a sunlit all-day café near the Brooklyn Museum known for great coffee, thoughtful food, and one of the most inviting atriums in the city; and Laurel Bakery, a neighborhood bakery offering handmade breads and pastries for both retail and wholesale. What You’ll Do • Respond to incoming event inquiries and manage the event calendar • Coordinate logistics and communication for private bookings, buyouts, and special programming • Send proposals, invoices, and confirmations using internal tools (Google Workspace, Resy, etc.) • Liaise with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth event execution • Support event marketing via newsletters and social when needed • Keep clean records, reports, and client communications $18–22/hour starting wage with monthly commission on event sales.
