Top of the Town is a premier meeting and event space. Throughout the penthouse space, glass panels provide the natural light and beauty of the views. Top of the Town partners with event Sponsors making event hosting easier with the inclusion of tables, chairs, dance floor, sound system, parking, express elevator to the penthouse, and vetted vendor lists. • Assign Facility Manager (event staff) to each event and send call time reminders for each event. Schedule: • Part-time - three days in office (one day must be Friday) and about 3 hours/week answering email & telephone calls off-site • Additional wages by working events • Training will include shadowing Facility Managers (event staff); review Operations Manual & Tutorial; work with Sales and Admin Manager to understand contracts, add-ons, apps, policies, etc
