The Event Coordinator is a critical member of the Marketing team, responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and seamless execution of 47G’s in-person and virtual events. Event Coordination & Logistics: • Support the planning and day-of execution of events including vendor coordination, catering, travel arrangements, AV needs, and room setup • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution including setup needs, special requests, and miscellaneous support as needed • Assist with event setup, breakdown, and onsite support such as registration, attendee check-in, a/v troubleshooting including lifting and moving signage and other materials up to 25 pounds Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, or a related field — or equivalent combination of education and experience • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination, event marketing, or a related role • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment • Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail orientated mindset • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
