Location: Fort Wayne, IN Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 • Inform the staff of the next two weeks of events at each restaurant meeting • Relay events in the downtown area that may affect business; the Embassy, Grand Wayne Center, Tin-Caps Games, Festivals, Downtown Events, and The Clyde Theater. • Train all greeters and ensure they are up to date on all new or improved procedures • Work as a staff member on caterings if there is a shortage • On all large caterings be present to ensure the events success • Call and schedule interviews for chefs and managers • Updating catering menu as the menu changes in the restaurant • Keeping an inventory of catering products and ensure they are restocked
