This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of the Student Center. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and plan events and conferences, including setup, logistics, and execution • Provide lead work direction to student assistants and evaluate their performance • Analyze customer satisfaction, workflow, and staff efficiency to identify areas for improvement • Maintain accurate records and reports, including event attendance and revenue Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in events management or a related field • Intermediate proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) • Knowledge of basic A/V equipment and scheduling software preferred About the Position: If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.
