Event Coordinator

This includes... check-in, keeping the set itinerary, and working collaboratively with the Buffalo Event Manager, the bar/restaurant, and the trolley drivers. The ticket includes staff to guide the tour, so the Event Coordinator is not only responsible for the logistical side of the event, but will act as a tour guide for the trolley ride as well. What our Event Coordinators do: • Act as the face of the Holiday Lights Trolley team • Engage all customers while maintaining full control of the event from logistics to safety • Maintain the set schedule and itinerary of each trip • Account for every detail and see to it that each event runs seamlessly • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service Requirements: • Must be available to work 3-4 days per week in the month of December • Four year bachelor degree (preferred) • Demonstrated leadership experience • Ability to be "on" for the full 5-6 hour shift • Dynamic and engaging personality • Great public speaking skills • Highly organized with good time management skills • Strong problem solving ability • Passion for events, people and fun! Contract Length: • 2 months or less
